All Wedding Hangers are made to order, you item will be dispatched 1-2 weeks from your order date, at busy times of the year (inc August) expect to wait 3 weeks for the item(s) to be made and shipped.

All hangers will be usually dispatched using Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ services both in the UK and overseas. This service fully tracks your item end to end and delivers an online delivery confirmation.

Catherine cares so much about the people she makes these hangers for! She cares about their special occasions and wants to make sure their item gets to them by their date! Catherine went above and beyond to send me a second hanger via Royal Mail when my order got lost in the mail and it came right in time for my wedding! I will post photos later if possible. The hanger was even better than pictured, more beautiful than imagined and looked lovely with my dress hanging on it in the window. Catherine is a lovely human, and a wonderful, caring business owner. She did everything including waiting on hold with a company trying to find my lost item.
